What Our Clients Say

We bought a house in Carmel Valley last year with Christie. We had an amazing experience — her process is so different than other Realtors. Our house is very mold safe and my kiddo who has struggled with asthma his whole life is finally well!
— Janet
Christie is such a wealth of knowledge. I honestly had given up on buying a healthy home in San Diego until I met her. If you are able to work with her… DO IT!
— Veronica
Using Christie as our Realtor was unlike any real estate transaction we've had before. She really gets to know you and your health history on a personal level, and she tailored our home search and our inspections during Escrow around making sure the home would work for our family. Highly recommend!
— Daisy and Grant
We HAD to buy a home with a low amount of mold due to how sick we had been in our previous house. This is Christie's bread and butter, and she nailed it. Thank you!!

Questions About San Diego Neighborhoods.

Choosing where to live is just as important as choosing which house to buy. Here's what my clients ask most.

There are so many factors! We look at topography, proximity to high voltage power lines/electrical substations, proximity to airport or golf courses, whether there is farming nearby, and more. AND, we consider whether the vibe fits your family--do you feel nourished by the community and landscape of a specific neighborhood? That is a great starting point.

Yes! Both older homes and newer homes have their own risk profiles as well as benefits. There is no one size fits all here--we custom build the strategy during our intake.

No. Healthy homes can be achieved in any part of San Diego. It all comes down to your own family's needs! We do not subscribe to fear-culture here. 😉

This is so nuanced. I have clients that do better on the coast (like myself) and some that need the drier inland inland climate to feel their best. Each have pros and cons! The coast relies more on breeze/natural ventilation which comes with high humidity, but inland relies on mechanicals/HVAC more heavily.

Honestly, no. I have seen families have success in lots of different parts of town, including old neighborhoods, new neighborhoods, coastal, inland, big homes, tiny homes, and more. And living in a community that feels great to you is so critical! I am supportive of whichever part of town my clients want to live in--and work to find the healthiest option in the neighborhood that suits them.
